brihealth.ai is a marketing and information website for the Briage care-management service, which today is a pre-visit intake prototype being extended in readiness pilots. The site does not itself provide healthcare services, it does not accept patient data, and it is not a route to care. Any pilot or deployment of Briage will be governed by its own separate agreements, and nothing on this site, including any description of the service, the estimators or a pilot, forms part of them or creates any contract between us.

The site and everything on it, including text, design, graphics, logos, the interactive preview, and the underlying code, belongs to BRI or to our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may read the site, link to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy, republish, resell, or otherwise reuse it commercially, or scrape it in bulk, without our written permission.

We put real effort into keeping the site accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption. Information here may change without notice.

The preview runs entirely in your browser on synthetic, non-real data and follows a scripted sequence; it does not produce a real clinical assessment. It is illustrative marketing material only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device, and it must not be relied on clinically or used with real patients. Please do not enter real personal or health information into it.

The reimbursement and time estimators are illustrative. They apply published national rates, study averages and survey figures to the numbers you enter, and the result is not a quote, an offer or a promise of payment or savings. Actual reimbursement depends on your payers, your locality, your patients' coverage and consent, and on your practice being able to deliver every required service and documenting what it delivers. Nothing in an estimate is billing, legal or financial advice.

BRI is an early-stage company and Briage is at the pilot stage. Descriptions of what the service does are statements of intended functionality, not of validated performance: they have not been clinically validated, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim of clinical accuracy or benefit. Statistics on this site are cited from published third-party sources, listed on the page; they describe the market and the problem and are not measurements of Briage. Statements about our plans, roadmap, timelines, pricing and future capabilities are forward-looking and are not commitments. Briage collects, structures and routes information for a practice's care team; it does not diagnose, prescribe, or make clinical decisions. It is not registered with the Israeli Ministry of Health's Medical Devices Division (AMAR), and it is not cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site.

We may update these terms as the site or our practices change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
